Use:

This production line is used for double-face once continuous coating rubber sheet on steel wire cord of tyre body or belt layer of meridian tyre.

Features:

1、Roll is made of chilled cast iron alloy ,finishing machined surface ,hard and wearable :with drilled holes on roll circumferential edge ,adopting overheat water to heat ,getting good heating effect.

2、Roll bearings are tailor-made double row radial rolling bearings ,bearing body made of cast iron ,having good shock absorption performance and enough strength.

3、Equipped with perfect accessories :axis cross unit ,preloading device ,wap beaming unit ,air bubble puncturing unit ,upper and lower swing feeding unit ,position limiting and emergency stop.

4、Thickness-measuring device is product either from America DOC or italy ES .tension sensor (or force-measuring bearing)is product from Switzerland FMS.

5、Automatic cutting device is of mechanically synchronous and silencing cutting product ,with safe and reliable operation.

6、Wind-up is double-station centering winder ,including two separate winding setups and one working-station overturn mechanism ,the whole winder has features of simple operation and low labour intensity.

7、Drive system adopts digital speed regulating device as driver ,entire machine adopts PLC as controller and providing fieldbus control technology.

8、Our company don’t supply steel wire spindle let-off device ,it needs user’s preparation.
